Success Stories

We have met the public relations and marketing needs of the following clients and their business story became one of success.

Sand Castle Winery

Carroll Consulting Group was hired to generate publicity for the Grand Opening of the winery's castle. While the winery had been there along the banks of the Delaware River in Upper Bucks County for over 20 years, the construction of the castle gave brides a new venue for weddings, corporations now had access to exquisite meeting space and wine enthusiasts could enjoy wine tastings in an elegant setting.

In the course of six weeks, we generated press releases, created story angles and pitched the Philadelphia area media on doing a story. The client claimed the campaign would be deemed a success if there were crowds at the Grand Opening, accompanied by media coverage. We exceeded our goal with crowds that swelled out the doors of the castle. CBS-3 in Philadelphia did a feature on the winery and the owners in advance of the Grand Opening and sent one of its reporters to the VIP party. WPVI-6ABC gave us day-of-event coverage. The local newspapers highlighted the event, and Lifestyle, Bucks Woman, and Bucks-Lehigh magazines all ran photos of the events.

The crowds were so spectacular at the Grand Opening that the caterer turned to Carroll Consulting Group Chief Creative Officer Pam Carroll at the event and remarked, "This is all your fault."

Caryl Technologies, LLC

This is what owner Jerry Green has to say about our company:

"Pam is a results oriented person that along with her associate Cara has provided a level of service that greatly exceeded our initial expectations. She has consistently arranged high profile publicity for our company (Caryl Technologies, LLC) on major television stations and leading national shows. For example recently we were able to tell our story on Philadelphia's CBS 3 news and on Art Fennell's nationally syndicated show on CN8. The level of attention we receive, even though we are not a Fortune 500 company (yet), illustrates the genuine concern she feels for all of her clients."

Caryl Technologies is an innovative web 2.0 company that develops solutions which integrate the networking power of the internet with the telephone. They contracted with us to help them launch their premier service, The Buddy Check Network.   We were successful in "packaging" this company's message so that the media responded to our appeals to do a story on this innovative, affordable service for seniors. Our strategies resulted in a live a.m. in-studio appearance by our client on the CBS affiliate in Philadelphia, a taped segment on that same network and national coverage with two segments on the syndicated Art Fennel show on the Comcast network. The national placement of his story brought the company a tremendous response and interest in their service.

Brown & Brown Insurance

Florham Park, NJ

"An emerging presence in the highly competitive New Jersey school insurance market, Brown & Brown Metro, Inc. needed to quickly establish its regional identity to this marketplace. Pam Carroll and her staff at Carroll Consulting Group were able to capture and present an image of strength and agility that reflects our corporate philosophy and sets us apart from our well established competitors. Pam went the "extra mile" to assure our goals would be met. We found her to be exceptionally bright, creative and responsive in meeting our advertising objectives."

We were hired to develop a core branding strategy for this insurance firm. The initial ad we developed brought a very positive response and is now serving as the stepping stone to fully infusing this new brand identity into all of their marketing materials.

Aging with Grace

Carroll Consulting Group is recognized for being able to translate specialized business operations and services for wider audiences. As publicist for Aging with Grace, a geriatric care management company, we helped them bring their message to caregivers and members of the "sandwich generation". The media interview we secured on The Retirement Living Channel's Daily Apple program helped them to stand out as an industry expert, and also gave them a platform to communicate about key topics for the aging population. As a result of our media relations coaching, our client Patricia Grace proved to be such a great expert, the producers requested she tape segments for two shows during our visit to their Washington DC studios. Our media relations team is skilled at making our clients feel at ease in front of audiences or out in the media spotlight. We were also successful in writing an article and getting prime placement for it in a highly targeted publication, Caregiver Magazine for this client.

Concate Dental Systems

Concate Dental Systems contracted with Carroll Consulting Group for strategic planning coaching sessions and a newsletter launch. Our first strategy was to develop a corporate tagline that would effectively communicate its mission. From there, we used that core message as the basic framework to develop a dynamic communication tool which the company could use to reach out to its client base. The result was a bi-monthly newsletter that reflected a high tech edge and contained information about their new products and services. The company wrote to tell us that they could attribute thousands of dollars in sales to the initial launch of the newsletter. Through strategic coaching sessions with their VP of Sales and Marketing, Carroll Consulting Group identified strategic initiatives the company could implement to reach their sales goals.

Healthcare Market Resources

At Carroll Consulting Group, it is our job to influence audiences with persuasive copy that sells. When Healthcare Market Resources needed to attract traffic to national trade shows, they tapped into our expertise for a series of compelling sales letters. The number of individuals who showed up at their corporate booth with the sales letters in their hands was testament to the value of well-written, compelling copy.

The Village Learning Center

The Village Learning Center looked towards Carroll Consulting Group to get its name out in the community. Outside of a few calendar listings for their special events, the center did not have good media exposure. As a result of our solid media relations efforts, the local papers took notice of the center and began to run our releases and bylined articles regularly. We had expansive stories published complete with candid photos of the Center's children. A picture was truly worth a thousand words in this case as the great media coverage not only got the Center's name out there, but our professional photos brought the Center out to individuals who had never stepped foot into the childcare facility. The Center's executive director became a recognized expert in the community. She was subsequently invited to participate in township panels that addressed education issues. Our coverage also drew the attention of elected county officials who regularly visited the Center to promote their individual education platforms.
